Who is eligible for Alumni and Associates membership in FCCLA?

Alumni and Associates membership in FCCLA is specifically designed for individuals who have previously participated in FCCLA, FHA (Future Homemakers of America), NHA (New Homemakers of America), or HERO (Home Economics Related Occupations), as well as those who share a commitment to the goals of FCCLA. This membership category acknowledges the contributions and experiences of former members and supports their continued involvement in the organization.

Being inclusive of former members allows FCCLA to build a strong community that benefits from the knowledge and experiences of individuals who have actively participated in these programs. Additionally, it enables individuals who support the mission and values of FCCLA — even if they haven't been formal members — to engage with and contribute to the organization. This creates a diverse network of supporters and advocates for family and consumer sciences, promoting the growth and reach of FCCLA as an organization.
